Storm Recreation Soccer was founded in 2016 with a simple goal: to create a fun, safe, and affordable soccer experience for families in the High Desert. What began with approximately 400–500 players has grown into one of the largest recreation soccer programs in the region, now serving 1,200–1,400 players every spring and fall season. Designed for players of all skill levels, Storm Recreation focuses on development, enjoyment, and community. Our program emphasizes learning the game the right way—building confidence, teamwork, and fundamental skills—while creating an environment where kids can grow both on and off the field.As part of Apple Valley Storm, our recreation program benefits from the same leadership, organization, and standards that have made Storm one of the most respected soccer clubs in the High Desert. Whether a player is stepping onto the field for the first time or looking to prepare for the next level, Storm Recreation provides a strong foundation and a positive soccer experience for every family.
